中国现代审美文学观的形成基础是什么 ?中国现代审美文学在哪一个层面上与功利文学观形成对峙 ?道家文化资源在现代审美文学观的形成过程中发挥了多大作用 ?在“影响的焦虑”下借鉴西方审美文学观的本土性基础在哪里 ?审美文学观的东传过程中是否存在“有意误读” ?本文对此作了探讨 ,认为审美文学观在传入中国以后 ,一方面与老庄一脉哲学的艺术心性论相结合 ,创造了本土特色的美文美论 ;另一方面 ,也无可避免地遭到了传统道德心性论的改写。审美文学观终究难免被压抑的命运 ,功利文学观在绝大多数时间里仍然占着上风。文章通过爬梳道家文化与现代审美文学观的关系 ,指证了道家文化作为审美文学观传入的基础性作用 ,同时也分析了审美文学观被道家思想所“误读”与“改造”的过程。
