为改善北京空气质量,促进首钢新的发展,首钢总公司贯彻中央决策和北京市部署,北京地区涉钢产业将陆续搬迁到唐山曹妃甸地区。近8万人的企业实现异地再造,难度可想而知。面对新的发展机遇,首钢各级党组织紧紧围绕企业中心任务,对党建工作内容及方式进行新的调整和定位,全面构筑“三级共创”体系。即:基层党委开展“六好”班子建设;党支部开展以“达晋创”为内容的创建特色党支部;党员开展以“责任区”为基础的创建党员示范岗活动。通过“三级共创”工作机制,有效地调动了各级党组织和广大党员为首钢改革发展、搬迁调整争作贡献的积极性,实现党的工作与经济建设和各项工作的有机融合。
In order to improve Beijing’s air quality and promote the new development of Shougang, Shougang Corporation implemented the decisions of the central government and the deployment of Beijing Municipality, and the steel-related industries in Beijing will be gradually relocated to the Caofeidian area of Tangshan. Nearly 80,000 enterprises to achieve remote recycling, the degree of difficulty can be imagined. In the face of new opportunities for development, the party organizations at all levels of Shougang closely revolved around the tasks of the enterprise center and carried out new adjustments and positioning on the contents and methods of party building work, building a comprehensive “three-level co-creation” system. In other words, the grass-roots party committees should carry out the “six good” team building; the party branch should carry out the task of creating distinctive party branches with the content of “creating a new record in Darfur”; and the party members should carry out activities of creating demonstration members based on the “responsibility zone” . Through the “three-for-one co-creation” working mechanism, we have effectively mobilized the enthusiasm of party organizations and party members at all levels in their contributions to the reform, development and relocation of Shougang, and realized the organic integration of the party’s work, economic construction and various tasks .
