常识1长期饮用矿泉水和纯净水不利于儿童健康矿泉水与自来水主要区别在于其中某种矿物质或微量元素的含量高,对特定人群有保健作用。饮用矿泉水应有针对性,缺什么补什么最好。目前,矿泉水消费者普遍具有盲目性。一些家长没有搞清楚每种矿泉水的成分并不相同,其保健作用也不相同,而是将矿泉水当成普通解渴饮料让孩子喝,盲目认为矿泉水比自来水好,这是一种误解。儿童如果常年饮用,将会对健康造成不利影响。而蒸馏水、纯净水、太空水等,多数产品在除去水中工业污染物的同时,也将水中的矿物质和微量元素去除一大部分。长期饮用,必然使人体某些矿物质或微量元素摄入不足,对身体造成不良影响,对正处于生长发育期的儿童影响更大。
