心血管疾病与自主神经功能失调相辅相成,研究者先后采取多种神经干预以治疗心力衰竭、心律失常及高血压。这些干预手段包括刺激迷走神经,刺激脊髓,去肾交感神经术,心脏神经节丛刺激或消融,左侧心脏神经节切除术,颈动脉窦压力感受器刺激,以及低强度耳屏刺激。这些方法在实验或临床上均产生一定疗效,有些已投入临床使用。
Cardiovascular disease and autonomic dysfunction complement each other, the researchers have taken a variety of neural interventions to treat heart failure, arrhythmia and hypertension. These interventions include stimulation of the vagus nerve, stimulation of the spinal cord, denervation sympathectomy, stimulation or ablation of cardiac ganglion plexus, left cardiac ganglionectomy, carotid sinus baroreceptor stimulation, and low-intensity tragus stimulation. These methods in the experimental or clinical have a certain effect, and some have been put into clinical use.
