目的探究一种更加准确、合理且对仪器影响较小的电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)重金属检测方法的在线内标物浓度。方法选择标准曲线范围内10、50、200、500、1 000μg/L的质量浓度水平作为内标溶液在线加入,测定栀子药材中V、Cr、Mn、Fe、Ni、Cu、Zn、As、Cd、Pb和Hg元素。结果低浓度水平内标不足以校正仪器波动,对测定结果影响较大;高浓度内标溶液易造成污染,在校正仪器的同时容易掩盖信号,影响进样前调谐;500μg/L内标既能使待测元素有稳定的响应值,又不会过于抑制信号。结论内标浓度的选择既要兼顾标准曲线进样浓度,又要避免浓度过高造成的信号掩盖,500μg/L的内标浓度能够有效补偿中药材金属元素测定过程的基体效应,测定结果相对准确。
Objective To explore an online internal standard concentration of ICP-MS for detection of heavy metals which is more accurate and reasonable and has less influence on the instrument. Methods The concentration of 10, 50, 200, 500 and 1000μg / L in the range of standard curve was selected as the internal standard solution. The contents of V, Cr, Mn, Fe, Ni, Cu, Zn, As, Cd, Pb and Hg elements. Results The internal standard of low concentration level was not enough to correct the instrument fluctuation, which had a great effect on the measurement results. The high concentration of internal standard solution was easy to cause pollution, which could mask the signal while correcting the instrument and affect the tuning before injection. So that the test element has a stable response, but will not inhibit the signal too much. Conclusion The internal standard concentration should not only cover the concentration of standard curve but also avoid signal masking caused by high concentration. The internal standard concentration of 500μg / L can effectively compensate the matrix effect of the determination of metal elements in traditional Chinese medicine. The results are relatively accurate .
