本文采用原子吸收光谱法,测定了杂质铁在溶胶和凝胶中的分布及补加铁(Ⅲ)的走向。结果表明:在不同明胶中,游离铁和络合铁的相对含量差异很大;外来的三价铁离子在明胶中主要以络合形态存在。
In this paper, atomic absorption spectrometry was used to determine the distribution of iron in sol and gel and the trend of iron (Ⅲ) addition. The results showed that the relative contents of free iron and complexed iron were very different in different gelatins. The exogenous ferric ions mainly existed in complex form in gelatin.
