采用真空非自耗熔炼法制备Ti-36Nb-2Ta-3Zr-xO(x=0,0.1,0.3,0.5,质量分数,%)合金,通过X射线衍射(XRD)仪、万能试验机、动态热机械分析(DMA)仪等测试方法研究了氧含量对固溶态Ti-36Nb-2Ta-3Zr-xO合金组织、力学性能和阻尼行为的影响。结果表明:氧元素对α″相具有抑制作用。合金呈现Snoek弛豫型阻尼特征并具有良好的高温阻尼性能,其阻尼值随着氧含量的增加而提高,而峰温无明显变化。测试频率为1.0 Hz时,合金的阻尼值从0.0283(x=0)提高到0.0355(x=0.5),峰温在230℃左右。
Ti-36Nb-2Ta-3Zr-xO (x = 0,0.1,0.3,0.5, mass fraction,%) alloy was prepared by vacuum non-consumable melting method and characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), universal testing machine, Mechanical analysis (DMA) instrument and other test methods to study the oxygen content of solid solution Ti-36Nb-2Ta-3Zr-xO alloy microstructure, mechanical properties and damping behavior. The results show that oxygen has an inhibitory effect on α "phase. The alloy exhibits Snoek relaxation-type damping characteristics and good high-temperature damping properties. The damping value increases with the increase of oxygen content, while the peak temperature has no significant change. At 1.0 Hz, the damping value of the alloy increases from 0.0283 (x = 0) to 0.0355 (x = 0.5) and the peak temperature is about 230 ℃.
