地方志属文字作品,在《中华人民共和国著作权法》（以下简称《著作权法》）保护范围内。还有一些“志类产品”如大事记、概览、地情书等,以及地方志机构编写的年鉴也涉及著作权问题。
Local literary genres are copyrighted works within the scope of the “Copyright Law of the People’s Republic of China” (hereinafter referred to as “Copyright Law”).
