研究了Ti含量对碳锰钢力学性能的影响,计算了在1170℃加热条件下,试验钢中溶解的TiC粒子比例;对0.18%Ti试验钢采用萃取复型技术制备样品,在透射电镜下观测了析出物的形貌和尺寸。结果表明:溶解的TiC粒子比例分别为68.16%、37.15%、28.41%;0.18%Ti试验钢中析出物以TiC粒子为主,尺寸分布在十几纳米至300 nm;随着试验钢中Ti含量的增加,强度、韧性呈下降趋势,这与随之增多的未溶且粗大TiC粒子有关。
The effect of Ti content on the mechanical properties of carbon-manganese steel was studied. The proportion of TiC particles dissolved in the test steel was calculated under heating condition of 1170 ℃. The samples were prepared by extraction and compounding technology in 0.18% Ti test steel. Precipitates morphology and size. The results show that the proportion of dissolved TiC particles are 68.16%, 37.15% and 28.41% respectively. The precipitates in the 0.18% Ti test steel are dominated by TiC particles and the size distribution is more than ten nanometers to 300 nm. With the Ti content Of the increase, strength, toughness showed a downward trend, which followed the increase of undissolved and coarse TiC particles.
