今人多以《尊前集》作为李白存词的有力证据,然宋人所见《尊前集》并未载李白《清平乐》,也未载其《菩萨蛮》词。从李白词作本身来看,传为李白的应制的《清平乐》词,不类应制之作的体制,用语也与当时史料不合,而且佳、灰韵合用,与李白近体诗中皆单独使用此两部韵的惯例不符。《菩萨蛮》词系宋人据耳闻所得,无相关材料印证。基本可以肯定,今本《尊前集》所载的李白《清平乐》词四首,《菩萨蛮》词二首,以及最早见于明本《尊前集》的李白《连理枝》词皆不应定为李白所作。
