简单介绍程控步进测控技术及其在DSG型(CCD)水平变形测量仪中的应用以及现场自动化标定的实现过程。给出了观测仪器在北京牛口峪地震台的实际应用与现场标定结果:现场标定结果表明:由于在仪器标定系统中引用了步进电机程控技术,明显地提高了仪器标定装置的技术含量,同时也提高了标定精度,克服了在仪器标定中人为因素的影响。在提高仪器的技术指标的基础上,首次实现了断层形变类观测仪器自动化标定的功能。
A brief introduction of program-controlled step-by-step measurement and control technology and its application in DSG-type (CCD) level deformation measuring instrument and the realization process of field automatic calibration are introduced. The practical application and site calibration results of observing instruments at Niukouyu Seismic Station in Beijing are given. The results of on-site calibration show that the technology of stepper motor is obviously improved due to the introduction of stepper motor control technology in the instrument calibration system, It also improves the calibration accuracy and overcomes the influence of human factors in the instrument calibration. On the basis of improving the technical index of the instrument, the function of automatic calibration of the fault deformation observation instrument was realized for the first time.
