Objective: To investigate the changes and significance of CD11b expression on lymphocyte (LT) in children with septic shock. Methods: Flow cytometry was used to detect 33 cases of lymphocyte CD11b in septic shock (observation group) and compared with 33 cases in control group and 33 cases in normal group. Results: The expression of CD11b in acute lymphocytes in observation group was (13.26 ± 4.15)%, which was significantly different from that in control group (20.11 ± 4.21)% (P <0.05). Compared with the normal group (13.22 ± 5.32)%, the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). The expression of CD11b in convalescent lymphocytes was (13.42 ± 3.35)%, which was not significantly different from that in control group (13.92 ± 3.42)% (P> 0.05). Conclusion: The expression of CD11b in lymphocytes plays a role in the development of septic shock and can predict the development of sepsis in children with septic shock.
