[目的]了解分析海岛妇女生殖健康的现状,为妇女保健工作提供依据。[方法]采用统一调查表,对舟山市现代女子医院妇科门诊自愿接受调查的2 854例做问卷调查,同时进行妇科及实验室检查,对检查数据进行统计分析。[结果]海岛妇女平均初潮年龄、人工流产和自然流产次数均较高,妇科疾病主要是慢性宫颈炎和阴道炎,还有子宫肌瘤、卵巢和乳腺疾病等。[结论]应在海岛女性中进一步普及相关卫生知识,提高自我保健水平。 [Objective] To understand the status quo of reproductive health of island women and provide the basis for women’s health care. [Methods] A total of 2 854 cases voluntarily surveyed by gynecological clinic of Zhoushan Modern Women’s Hospital were surveyed by questionnaire. Gynecology and laboratory tests were performed simultaneously with statistical analysis of the examination data. [Result] Island women had higher average menarche age, induced abortion and spontaneous abortion frequency. Gynecological diseases were mainly chronic cervicitis and vaginitis, as well as uterine fibroids, ovarian and breast diseases. [Conclusions] Relevant health knowledge should be further popularized among island women and the level of self-care should be improved.
