曾和一位颇有成就的医生聊天,谈及关于现代都市人失眠的话题。他说得相当轻松:工作压力大、任务重,连做医生的自己都经常失眠。失眠当然是不好的,但是有时为生活、工作所迫,打乱了生活规律,也是在所难免的,关键是要有平常心,不要刻意把失眠当成一件负担。生活本来就充满了挑战和压力,自己要努力学会从各方面减压。一滴苦胆汁毫无疑问是苦的,但是,把这滴苦胆汁滴到一大盆水里,它就不会很苦了。心境和态度就是我们人生的那盆水。
