一、前言两年来的生产实践表明,用自磨机和螺旋分级机构成闭路作业、分级机返砂用斗式提升机返回自磨机的设备组合流程,处理我矿Ⅳ号矿床的含铀粘土岩和炭质板岩矿石,存在两个主要问题:分级机溢流液固比大;斗式提升机运转率低。因此研究分级技术的改进,寻求高效先进的分级设备以及解决返砂设施,制备质量较高的矿浆等问题,对提高水冶技术经济指标有着非常重要的现实意义。
