目的:了解听力障碍儿童的家长对于孩子听力康复问题的具体需求,为更好地为听力障碍儿童进行听力康复及满足患儿家长更多康复需求提供一定的理论依据。方法:采用问卷调查法,随机选取2013年6月~2014年6月在浙江省舟山市的1家聋哑学校进行听力康复的听力障碍儿童的家长220例,对于患儿听力康复过程中的需求进行调查。结果:调查显示,74%的家长认为孩子需要接受早期干预教育,57%的家长认为孩子需要接受学前教育,53%的家长需要常用的听力康复训练技巧,特别是与语言教育的结合训练方法(占47%)等,23%的家长表示受经济条件所限需要助听器材等扶持。结论:听力障碍儿童的家长对于听力康复存在较大需求,建议研制价格相对低廉、声学特性良好的助听器,政府相关部门应完善听力障碍等残疾儿童早期干预方案和学前教育政策,加强特殊学校及学前教育师资队伍建设;康复机构应提供针对性较强的康复训练,让家长掌握常用的听力康复训练方法。
