为了研究浮选用水的硬度对煤泥浮选起泡作用的影响,利用直径准40 mm的透明浮选柱,借助高速动态分析系统以及I-Speed Suite和Image-Pro软件对不同水样和充气条件下的气泡形态及运动特征进行了分析。结果表明:极硬(硬度大于30德国度)水具有一定自起泡作用,该作用不但随着水的硬度升高逐渐增强,而且在充气量较高时更为显著;在充气量相同的情况下,随着水质硬度的增大,气泡群的粒度分布区间逐渐变窄,且气泡群的中值粒度呈显著减小的趋势。浮选用水硬度的升高有利于降低气泡间的兼并概率、提高浮选气泡的稳定性。
In order to study the effect of flotation water hardness on the flotation flotation of coal slime, a transparent 40 mm diameter flotation column was used to analyze the effect of flotation water on aeration and aeration by means of a high-speed dynamic analysis system and I-Speed Suite and Image-Pro software The bubble shape and movement characteristics were analyzed.
