目的:本试验研究了胶体金试纸与液相色谱-串联质谱(LC-MS/MS)两种方法在蔬菜中检测吡虫啉的应用,并以此为基础建立一个不同于以前的监管模式。方法:采用胶体金法半定量方法检测的试样,再用液相色谱-串联质谱法定量检测试样中吡虫啉。结果:胶体金试纸检测为阳性与阴性样品经液相色谱-串联质谱检测的符合率达到了100%。添加的cut off值样品的回收率为88.4%。结论:与液相色谱-串联质谱相比较,胶体金法检测吡虫啉具有操作简便、直观、快速、省时的特点,其特异性、敏感性较高,适用性强,可作为蔬菜采摘前吡虫啉农药残留自我检测的手段应用。
OBJECTIVE: This study investigated the application of colloidal gold test strips and liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS / MS) in the detection of imidacloprid in vegetables, and based on which a different regulatory regime from the previous one was established. Methods: The colloidal gold method of semi-quantitative detection of samples, and then liquid chromatography - tandem mass spectrometry quantitative detection of imidacloprid in the sample. Results: The coincidence rate of positive and negative colloidal gold test strips detected by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry reached 100%. The recovery of the added cut off value sample was 88.4%. Conclusion: Compared with liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry, the colloidal gold method has the characteristics of simple, intuitive, rapid and time-saving for the detection of imidacloprid.It has the characteristics of high specificity, high sensitivity and applicability.It can be used as an insecticide for imidacloprid pesticide Residual self-test means the application.
