On August 1, China’s new media reporter Weng Yang wrote in his article entitled “Reflections on the Successful Rescue of Perforated Accidents in Shanxian County.” In the face of impermanent disasters, human power may be insignificant. But I can not help wondering if we can do better or not, and whether some of the costs can be avoided or reduced. For example, this flood in Shanxian County, after a continuous rainfall, before the miners down, managers can make a more judgmental scientific judgments choose ... ... after all, we will not be so lucky every time. Weng Yang will not be able to write down the text at this time, after a lapse of 16 days, this passage was actually a word.
