本文介绍在射阳县城总体规划的指导下，通过点、线、面相结合的手法，创造了块状与环带状相结合的绿地系统，具有“花园在城中，城在花园中”的格局。此规划形成了河路兼有的块、带结合的公共绿地体系，自然与人文景物融为一体，长短结合，便于实施花园式城市等特色。 Under the guidance of the overall plan of Sheyang County, this paper introduces the combination of block, ring and strip through the combination of point, line and surface. It has the pattern of “garden in the city and garden in the garden”.
