为探讨持续性投药方式在旅客列车上的灭鼠效果,我们对南京西站车库夜间库停车3列车底分别以溴敌隆、溴杀灵和杀鼠新3种毒饵进行了持续性毒杀试验。结果表明,不同灭鼠剂在旅客列车上的灭效差异很大,慢性灭鼠剂效果较好(溴敌隆为79.7%,杀鼠新为79.8%),急性、亚急性灭鼠剂灭效不明显(溴杀灵);持续性投药效果最好(以溴敌隆为例,灭效为79.8%),间隔性投药效果较差(四天间隔为17.5%,两天间隔为59.5%);同一种处理方法对于同一车底的不同车厢灭效差异明显,尤其餐车最差(33.3%)。
In order to explore the anti-rat effect of sustained administration on passenger trains, we conducted a sustained toxicity test on the bottom of the three train stations in the night garage of Nanjing West Railway Station with three different baitolone, bromine and psychrotol respectively . The results showed that the killing effect of different rodenticides on passenger trains was very different, and the chronic rodenticides were effective (bromadiolone was 79.7%, new rodenticide 79.8%), acute and subacute rodenticides were ineffective (Bromoxiomir); continuous dosing best (with bromadiolone, for example, out of effect was 79.8%), intermittent dosing less effective (four-day interval was 17.5%, two-day interval was 59.5%) ; The same approach for different cars on the same car off significantly different, especially the worst dining car (33.3%).
