法拍房地产投资市场的最大特点就是交易价格低,通常情况下,法拍房地产的价格要比市场成交价低15%—20%左右。理论上,法拍房地产价格只会低于市场价格。随着房地产业的不断发展,我国法拍房地产投资市场正逐步形成。投资法拍房地产市场不仅可获得差价利润,而且还可获得房地产升值利润、改造投入利润、偶然利润。
