目的探讨鼻内镜手术治疗老年人(年龄≥60岁)慢性鼻窦炎、鼻息肉的可行性及疗效。方法采用功能性鼻内镜手术技术治疗38例老年慢性鼻窦炎、鼻息肉患者。结果随访6～36个月,治愈14例(36.8%),好转20例(52.6%),无效4例(10.6%),总有效率为89.4%。结论鼻内镜手术是治疗老年人慢性鼻窦炎,鼻息肉的一种安全,有效的方法。妥善的围手术期处理和注意术中操作可提高手术安全性,减少并发症发生。
Objective To investigate the feasibility and efficacy of endoscopic sinus surgery for the treatment of chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps in the elderly (≥60 years old). Methods Functional nasal endoscopic surgery for the treatment of 38 elderly patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps. Results The patients were followed up for 6 to 36 months. 14 cases (36.8%) were cured, 20 cases (52.6%) were improved, 4 cases (10.6%) were ineffective, and the total effective rate was 89.4%. Conclusion Endoscopic sinus surgery is a safe and effective method for the treatment of chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps in the elderly. Proper perioperative management and attention to intraoperative operations can improve the safety of surgery and reduce the incidence of complications.
