采用基于Stroop效应的双任务方法,在中国知网新版检索平台和旧版检索平台环境下,对信息检索过程中用户的认知负荷进行研究。研究发现:①信息检索过程中用户平均认知负荷是动态变化的;②任务阶段、任务难度对第二任务颜色不匹配案例影响显著;③在检查结果列表阶段,新版检索平台较旧版平台要求用户付出更多努力。研究同时表明,提供语义类别的益处大于界面复杂度提高的不利影响。
Based on the Stroop-based two-task method, the cognitive load of users in the process of information retrieval is studied under the environment of the new version of CNKI and the old version of retrieval platform. The results show that: ①The average cognitive load of users during the process of information retrieval is dynamic; ② The mission stage, task difficulty has a significant impact on the color mismatch cases of the second task; ③ In the checklist stage, the new version of retrieval platform requires users Pay more effort.
