复合芦笋能显著提高小鼠、健康人、肿瘤病人体内GST、SOD活性。小鼠连续饮用含复合芦笋40,20,10mg/ml的水溶液15d后,取眼球血测定GST和SOD活性,发现实验组比对照组活性明显提高(P<0.01)。64例接触化学毒物的健康工人口服复合芦笋18d后,取静脉血测定GST和SOD活性,自身比较服用后比服用前明显提高(分别为P<0.01和P<0.05)。22例手术后肿瘤病人口服复合芦笋18d后,取静脉血测得GST和SOD活性亦明显提高(P<0.05)。
Compound Asparagus can significantly increase the activity of GST and SOD in mice, healthy people and tumor patients. After mice were continuously drinking aqueous solutions containing 40, 20, and 10 mg/ml of asparagus for 15 days, blood was taken from the eyeballs to determine the activity of GST and SOD. The activity of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.01). Sixty-four healthy workers exposed to chemical poisons took oral compound asparagus 18 days later. Venous blood was taken to determine the activity of GST and SOD, which was significantly higher after self-administration than before administration (P<0.01 and P<0.05, respectively). Twenty-two cases of post-operative tumor patients were treated with compound asparagus 18 days later. The venous blood samples also showed significant increases in GST and SOD activity (P<0.05).
