用不同浓度(0.25、0.5、0.75、1.0、1.25、1.5 mmol/L)的水杨酸(SA)溶液浸泡处理甜玉米种子进行发芽试验,统计种子萌发情况,分析幼苗相关生理指标的变化。结果表明,较低浓度的水杨酸溶液(0.25~0.75 mmol/L)处理有利于甜玉米种子的萌发,能有效提高种子发芽率、发芽势及发芽指数,提高可溶性糖和脯氨酸含量,增强幼苗中过氧化物酶(POD)活性,降低淀粉酶活性;较高浓度的水杨酸溶液(1.25~1.5 mmol/L)抑制甜玉米的萌发,与对照相比降低幼苗可溶性糖含量,增强淀粉酶活性,1.5 mmol/L水杨酸溶液处理降低POD活性及脯氨酸含量。综合各指标,在生产中建议使用0.25~0.75 mmol/L水杨酸溶液处理种子,可促进种子萌发,调节酶活性,提高植物对逆境的抗性。
The seeds of sweet corn were soaked in different concentrations (0.25,0.5,0.75,1.0,1.25,1.5 mmol / L) of salicylic acid (SA) solution for germination test, the seed germination was analyzed, and the changes of the related physiological indexes of seedlings were analyzed. The results showed that salicylic acid solution (0.25-0.75 mmol / L) at lower concentration was beneficial to germination of sweet corn seeds, which could effectively increase seed germination rate, germination energy and germination index, increase soluble sugar and proline content, Enhanced the activity of peroxidase (POD) in seedlings and decreased the activity of amylase. Higher concentrations of salicylic acid (1.25-1.5 mmol / L) inhibited the germination of sweet corn and decreased the content of soluble sugar in seedlings compared with the control Amylase activity, 1.5 mmol / L salicylic acid solution decreased POD activity and proline content. According to the indexes, it is recommended to use 0.25-0.75 mmol / L salicylic acid solution to process the seeds in the production, which can promote the seed germination, regulate the enzyme activity and enhance the plant’s resistance to adversity.
