企业风险管理是指企业通过对风险的识别、衡量和分析,并在此基础上进行有效的控制,用经济合理的方法处理风险,以实现最大安全保障的目标。众所周知,人力、资金、技术、信息等都属于企业不可缺少的资源,是企业重要的组成要素。企业的风险管理也离不开对这些要素的管理。其中,人力资源相比其他资源具有其独特性,相应地,人力资源风险管理也是如此。在多变的企业内外部环境条件下,防范和化解各种人力资源管理风险是企业人力资源管理工作者甚至企业决策者必须深入思考并加以解决的重要问题。
