一、概述管材的选择是给排水工程设计的重要问题之一,它关系到工程的经济性和技术的合理性。一般来说管道费用占整个给排水工程的50~80%,因此在给排水工程设计过程中,必须合理的选择管材。根据日本东洋公司提供的《关于材料详细腐蚀数据图表》,对于设计含有各种化学成份水质的给排水工程具有一定的参考价值。二、图表的使用说明《关于材料详细腐蚀数据图表》详细列举了24种介质、36种材料的腐蚀数据情况。设计者可以通过图表查得所需的材质在介质中的腐蚀数据,大大缩小选材的范围,可以比较正确的选择合理的管材。对超出图表范围的不能使用本图表。此外还必须考虑到杂质分解、电偶连接、磨损等的影响。最可靠的选择材料的方法是进行现场试验。
