对中长跑运动而言,日常训练对于成绩至关重要。单一训练法一次只能进行一项训练,组合训练法依据训练学原理科学安排训练方案综合训练而受到国内外中长跑运动员和教练员的青睐。本文笔者采取“单一训练法”与“组合训练法”分别对致远中学2013级(高二)15名体育生训练。结果表明,实验组仰卧起坐、力量耐力指数、800米跑和1500米跑成绩,训练前后分别提升了5±1.2个/分钟(P<0.05)、16.1±3.4(P<0.01)、10秒±3秒(P<0.05)、23秒±9秒(P<0.01)。对照组则分别提升了4±0.9个/分钟(P>0.05)、10±0.7(P<0.05)、7秒±2秒(P>0.05)、13秒±4秒(P<0.05)。
For middle and long distance running, routine training is crucial to performance. A single training method can only conduct one training at a time. The combined training method is favored by both middle and long distance runners and coaches both at home and abroad based on the principle of training and scientific arrangement of training programs. In this paper, the author adopts the “single training method” and “combination training method” to respectively train 15 PE students in 2013 in Zhiyuan High School. The results showed that the sit-up, strength endurance index, 800-meter run and 1500-meter run were improved by 5 ± 1.2 / min (P <0.05), 16.1 ± 3.4 ± 3 seconds (P <0.05), 23 seconds ± 9 seconds (P <0.01). (P> 0.05), 10 ± 0.7 (P <0.05), 7 seconds ± 2 seconds (P> 0.05), 13 seconds ± 4 seconds (P <0.05) respectively.
