根瘤菌剂接种方式与叶面施氮对大豆共生固氮和籽粒产量的影响

两年田间小区和盆栽试验证实在白浆土上接种大豆根瘤菌剂对共生固氮和大豆产量有良好作用。接种方式明显影响菌剂效果,其中以“泥浆法”为好。大豆花后叶面追施尿素虽抑制后期共生固氮,但促进了光合物质生产,有效地提高了大豆产量。多次追施,其效果可以叠加。在大豆综合高产栽培措施中,花后多次叶面追施氮肥是可行的。 Two years of field plot and pot experiments confirmed that the inoculation of soybean rhizobium on albacore had synergistic effects on nitrogen fixation and soybean yield. Vaccination significantly affect the effectiveness of agents, of which “mud method” as well. Although soybean topdressing urea inhibited the late symbiotic nitrogen fixation, it promoted the production of photosynthetic materials and effectively increased the soybean yield. Repeatedly, the effect can be superimposed. In the comprehensive cultivation of high yielding soybean, it is feasible to apply nitrogenous fertilizer several times after anthesis.
