依据对经过臭氧处理的生葵花子理化指标的检测结果,可知:臭氧不会造成生葵花瓜子脂肪氧化酸败,臭氧对生葵花子的激活性和钝化(抑制)性与处理浓度和处理频次有关。
According to the test results of the physical and chemical indicators of raw sunflower after the ozone treatment, it can be known that the ozone does not cause rancidity of sunflower seeds and fat, and the activation and passivation (inhibition) of ozone to raw sunflower are related to the treatment concentration and treatment frequency.
