目的:探讨抗疲劳Ⅰ号抗大鼠低张性缺氧的作用机理。方法:测定给药前后大鼠的Hb含量,复制大鼠低张性缺氧的模型,观察抗疲劳Ⅰ号对Hb,血气及相关指标变化的影响。结果:给药组大鼠Hb升高,Bp,PaO2,SaO2,BLAC降低程度减轻,血液pH相对稳定。结论:提示抗疲劳Ⅰ号抗缺氧作用的机理可能是减轻乳酸血症,稳定红细胞的结构与功能,使Hb生成增多,提高血氧容量和血氧含量,血液携氧及向组织供氧能力增强,促进机体稳态自我调节而实现的
Objective: To investigate the mechanism of anti-fatigue Ⅰ hypobaric hypoxia in rats. Methods: Hb levels in rats before and after the administration were measured, hypoxia models were duplicated in rats, and the effect of anti-fatigue Ⅰ on changes of Hb, blood gas and related indexes was observed. Results: Hb was increased, Bp, PaO2, SaO2 and BLAC were decreased in the treated group and blood pH was relatively stable. Conclusion: The mechanism of anti-fatigue Ⅰ anti-anoxia may be to reduce lactic acidosis, stabilize the structure and function of erythrocytes, increase Hb production, increase blood oxygen capacity and blood oxygen content, blood oxygen carrying capacity and supply oxygen to the tissues Enhance and promote the body’s steady-state self-regulation and achieve
