采用真空感应电炉熔炼、锂盐覆盖、氩气保护等工艺,在720℃制备出超轻Mg-10Li-1.5Zn合金,在室温下进行轧制,随后进行退火处理。利用金相显微镜、SEM和万能拉伸机分析了Mg-10Li-1.5Zn合金形变和退火后的微观组织和力学性能。试验结果表明,室温下轧制变形可以显著提高合金的力学性能,合金经58%变形量室温轧制后,与铸态组织相比合金的力学性能明显提高,抗拉强度达到182 MPa,屈服强度达到169 MPa,伸长率达到25%,相比铸态Mg-10Li-1.5Zn合金分别提高了42.8%、76.4%、6.5%;合金经过65%冷轧变形不同温度退火后,抗拉强度和屈服强度逐渐降低,伸长率先升高随后略有下降,150℃退火1 h伸长率达到最大值为43%。
The ultra-light Mg-10Li-1.5Zn alloy was prepared at 720 ℃ by vacuum induction furnace smelting, lithium salt coating and argon protection. The alloy was rolled at room temperature and then annealed. The microstructure and mechanical properties of Mg-10Li-1.5Zn alloy after deformation and annealing were analyzed by metallographic microscope, SEM and universal tensile tester. The experimental results show that the deformation at room temperature can significantly improve the mechanical properties of the alloy. After the alloy is rolled at room temperature under 58% deformation, the mechanical properties of the alloy are obviously improved compared with the as-cast microstructure. The tensile strength reaches 182 MPa and the yield strength Reached 169 MPa, the elongation reached 25%, which was 42.8%, 76.4% and 6.5% higher than that of as-cast Mg-10Li-1.5Zn alloy respectively.
