学生的“自我锻炼”与“自我锻炼意识”有其不可否认的客观实在性及客观可行性,正确认识这一点,并引导学生正确地实施“自我锻炼”,将会在体育教学过程中取得单纯运用其他途径、方法、手段所难以达到的效果。
