目的:建立简便的索他洛尔血药浓度 HPLC测定方法.方法:色谱柱为 Nova-Pak C 18(3.9mm×150mm,4μm);流动相为乙腈-0.08 mol/L磷酸二氢钾(PH 4.6)(3:97).流速1ml/min.荧光检测激发波长Ex235 nm,发射波长 Em 310 nm.血样预处理采用高氯酸直接沉淀-二氯甲烷洗涤净化法.结果:索他洛尔血药浓度在 0.10~6.40 μg/ml范围内线性关系良好(γ=0.999 9),日内、日间精密度小于 8%.结论:方法简便可靠,可较好地满足临床治疗药物监测工作的需要.
OBJECTIVE: To establish a simple HPLC method for determination of sotalol in plasma.METHODS: Nova-Pak C 18 column (3.9 mm × 150 mm, 4 μm) was used as the mobile phase.
