在实验室制备了含镧试验钢,研究了不同镧含量的无取向硅钢常化后成品组织及织构的变化,观察了再结晶组织并统计了再结晶晶粒尺寸,利用XRD分析了试样的再结晶织构。结果表明,加入镧后正火组织晶粒尺寸增大,分布不均匀;加入稀土后无取向硅钢成品的晶粒尺寸增加,加入0.0015wt%镧所获得的成品晶粒尺寸最大,为37.19μm。加入镧的再结晶织构类型变化不大,{111}织构密度水平下降。同时,与不加镧的试样相比,含镧0.0015wt%的试样立方织构密度水平提高了33.3%。
The lanthanum-containing test steel was prepared in the laboratory. The changes of the microstructure and texture of the non-oriented silicon steel with different contents of lanthanum were studied. The recrystallized structure was observed and the recrystallized grain size was calculated. The sample was analyzed by XRD. Recrystallization texture. The results show that the grain size increases and the distribution is uneven after the addition of lanthanum. The grain size of the non-oriented silicon steel increases with the addition of rare earth. The maximum grain size of finished product obtained by adding 0.0015wt% lanthanum is 37.19μm. The type of recrystallized texture changed little with the addition of lanthanum, and the {111} texture density decreased. Meanwhile, the cubic textured density of samples containing 0.0015wt% of lanthanum was increased by 33.3% compared with the sample without lanthanum.
