随着科学技术的发展,高速摄影机等先进的设备的应用,运用运动生物学原理对排球扣球技术进行分析,可以很大程度的提高运动员和教练员对扣球技术的掌握和理解。从而更好的运用到训练和比赛中去,提高比赛成绩。本文运用文献资料法和数据统计法等分析近年来排球扣球技术运动生物力学研究的文献,检索的文章进行综述可以发现,主要对排球扣球技术中的上步扣球起跳、滞空动作,起跳后的空中姿态,以及挥臂动作进行了运动生物力学分析,经过整理归纳为教练员和运动员在练习扣球动作是提供理论依据,更好的掌握正确的扣球动作。
