本文以我国2006年1季度至2013年4季度分地区居民消费面板数据为样本,运用面板门限模型研究了消费金融公司的设立对我国居民消费支出的影响。结果表明:从全国范围来看,并不能得出消费金融公司的设立对居民消费支出产生正向影响的结论:从4个试点地区来看,消费金融公司的设立则对当地居民的消费支出有较为显著的影响。根据实证结果,本文提出加快发展消费金融公司、完善消费金融产品结构体系以及制定完善消费金融法规等政策建议。
Based on the panel data of residents’ consumption in different regions from the first quarter of 2006 to the fourth quarter of 2013, this paper studies the influence of the establishment of consumer finance companies on the consumption expenditure of residents in our country using panel threshold model. The results show that: from a national point of view, it can not be concluded that the establishment of consumer finance companies have a positive impact on household consumer spending conclusion: from the four pilot areas, the establishment of consumer finance companies on the local consumer spending there More significant impact. According to the empirical results, this paper puts forward some policy suggestions such as accelerating the development of consumer finance companies, perfecting the structure of consumer financial products, and formulating and improving consumer finance laws and regulations.
