将铁道技术监督系统视为一个大系统 ,并用模糊相关关系对这个系统所具有的大量物质、能量和信息要素及其所涉及的系统问题进行分析研究。为了进行定量分析 ,给出了系统效率、效益和可靠性三大目标的评判等级划分。与此同时 ,将众多要素划分出一定的层次 ,解决铁道技术监督系统的多级模糊综合评判问题 ,为今后对该系统进行多目标模糊优化打下良好基础。
The railway technical supervision system is regarded as a large system, and a large number of material, energy and information elements and the system problems involved in the system are analyzed and studied with the fuzzy correlation. In order to carry on the quantitative analysis, it gives the division of the evaluation level of the three goals of system efficiency, efficiency and reliability. At the same time, it divides the many factors into a certain level and solves the multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation problem of railway technical supervision system, which lays a good foundation for the future multi-objective fuzzy optimization of the system.
