利用端单羟基超支化聚(胺-酯)与丙烯酰氯反应,制备了端基为双键的超支化聚(胺-酯)大分子单体(cHPAE),用该大分子单体与丙烯酸发生共聚合,合成了超支化聚(胺-酯)-聚丙烯酸共聚物(HPAE-co-AA),利用FTIR和1HNMR对大分子单体结构进行了表征,研究了反应条件对共聚产物分子量的影响。结果表明:共聚反应溶剂的溶解性和极性是影响共聚产物的主要因素;适当增加投料比中大单体的比例,升高反应温度有利于增加大单体进入产物主链。
Hyperbranched poly (amine-ester) macromonomer (cHPAE) with terminal double bond was prepared by the reaction of terminal monohydroxy hyperbranched poly (amine-ester) with acryloyl chloride. With this macromonomer and acrylic acid (HPAE-co-AA) was synthesized and the structure of the macromonomer was characterized by FTIR and 1HNMR. The effects of reaction conditions on the molecular weight of the copolymer . The results show that the solubility and polarity of the copolymerization solvent are the main factors that affect the copolymerization product. Appropriately increasing the ratio of medium to large monomer and increasing the reaction temperature are favorable for increasing the monomer entering the main chain of the product.
