一、问题的提出近年来,珠三角劳动密集型企业罢工、集体劳资纠纷层出不穷。究其原因正是这些劳动密集型企业在原材料价格上涨带来的成本优势消失之后,没有做及时改变和战略调整,甚至把原材料的那一部分成本转嫁到员工薪酬上。目前,80后、90后新一代的劳工已经取代60后、70后成为制造业的主力军。这些新生代的年轻工人对工作、对生活有自己的追求和向往,已不愿像父辈那样忍
