在以Al、Ni、Mn对奥氏体锰铸铁(AM)复合合金化条件下,研究了其化学成份的变化对碳化物相性质和共晶团数的影响。根据数学方案2~3,在160公斤—102型酸性高频感应电炉中熔制了不同化学成份的铸铁。在粘土砂湿型中浇注了φ15和φ30毫米试棒的毛坯。所研究的因素水平(%)以及它们的变化范围如下:
The effects of the chemical composition changes on the carbide phase properties and the number of eutectic phases were studied under Al, Ni and Mn austenite cast iron (AM) composite alloying conditions. According to mathematical programs 2 to 3, cast iron of different chemical composition was melted in a 160 kg-102 acidic high-frequency induction furnace.
