主持人语开展残疾儿童少年随班就读,让他们就近在普通学校入学,是发展和普及残疾儿童少年义务教育的一个主要办学形式.是构建适合我国国情的特殊教育体系的主体内容。要使随班就读能够持续有效地发展,必须建立行之有效的随班就读支持保障体系。十多年来,我国不少省市积极开展了随班就读工作,从理论和实践方面进行了长久、艰苦、深入的探索和研究,在理论指导、组织保障、经费投入、工作协调、目标任务确立、统计筛查和巡回指导、教学管理、资源教室建设、个别化教学、教研与师资培训、学校与家庭及社区合作等等领域,坚持不懈地做了大量工作,取得了宝贵的经验和成果,为建立随班就读支持保障体系,使随班就读工作能在全国更大范围内持久深入地发展打下了坚实的基础。本期,我们编辑了这组文章,就建立机制、加强管理、资源教室使用等几个重要环节作了经验介绍。这些经验只是全国随班就读工作丰富成果中的一小部分,但我们希望它能够给读者以借鉴,引发大家对进一步开展随班就读工作的深入思考,对各地建立随班就读支持保障体系有所裨益,使大家在开展具体工作时,既能遵循随班就读共同规律。也能形成各地特色,让随班就读工作能蓬勃持久地发展下去。 Host the language to carry out disabled children and adolescents to attend in regular classes, so that they close to ordinary schools, is to develop and popularize the compulsory education of disabled children and adolescents a major form of education is to build a special education system suited to China’s national conditions the main content.
