虚拟货币的兴起很可能会对我国货币政策产生冲击,局部调整我国的货币政策亟待加强。近日,一则轰动的消息传出:比特币在德国获得合法地位,被德国财政部认定为“记账单位”。这意味着它在德国已被视为合法货币,并且可以用来交税和从事贸易活动,这是比特币自诞生以来在全球首次被承认合法。与此同时,美国政府也在虚拟货币的监管上不断探索,据说,美国政府代表在华盛顿特区与比特币基金会的代表举行了闭门会议。
