研究了在盐酸介质中 ,溴酸根氧化罗丹明 6G褪色的最佳条件。吸收波长 λmax为 52 5nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为 3.9× 1 0 5L·mol- 1·cm- 1。溴酸根在 0~ 5.0 μg/2 5ml范围内符合比耳定律。方法用于合成样和化学试剂中微量溴酸根的测定 ,结果满意。
The optimum conditions for the fading of bromate-induced rhodamine 6G in hydrochloric acid were studied. The absorption wavelength λmax was 525 nm, and the apparent molar absorptivity was 3.9 × 10 5 L · mol -1 · cm -1. Bromate in the 0 ~ 5.0 μg / 2 5ml range in line with Beer’s law. The method was applied to the determination of trace bromate in synthetic samples and chemical reagents with satisfactory results.
