用户需求与信息技术的发展促进了知识咨询的产生,然而人们对知识咨询还缺少深入认识。知识咨询具有诊断、规约、建议、知识生产、评价、决策支持6种功能,包括准备、诊断与规划、调查与访谈、分析与综合、评估与提供、跟踪与反馈6个阶段。尽管知识咨询已在图书馆界初见端倪,但是只有有效应对知识咨询给图书馆管理思想、图书馆服务与由此给图书馆员工带来的挑战,图书馆知识咨询才能得到广泛推广与运用。
The development of user needs and information technology has promoted the development of knowledge consulting. However, people still lack of knowledge about knowledge consultation. Knowledge consulting has six functions including diagnosis, protocol, recommendation, knowledge production, evaluation and decision support, including 6 stages: preparation, diagnosis and planning, investigation and interview, analysis and synthesis, evaluation and provision, tracking and feedback. Although knowledge consulting has begun to appear in the library community, library knowledge consultation can only be widely promoted and used only if it effectively answers the problems of library management thinking, library services and library staff.
