由立枯丝核菌(Rhizoctonia solani)引起的辣椒立枯病是辣椒育苗前期引起死苗倒苗的重要病害,目前化学防治仍是控制该病害流行的有效途径,本试验采用室内平皿生长速率法,研究了使百克、三唑酮、普力克、多菌灵、敌力脱及安克锰锌等杀菌剂对辣椒力枯丝核菌生长的影响,室内毒力测定结果表明,供试药剂对辣椒立枯丝核菌都具有抑制作用,但其有效浓度有所不同,使百克、三唑酮、普力克、多菌灵、敌力脱、安克锰锌的EC50分别为74.3833、54.1614、2130.9465、2.8660、7.1052、4.2576μg/ml。由此可以看出,多菌灵对辣椒立枯丝核菌的抑制效果最好,安克锰锌次之,普力克则较差。
