本文收集国內各地部分水泥混凝土路面有关資料,加以分析与研究,对水泥混凝土路面的設計与施工,提出了若干建議性意見,其中包括面版厚度、底层与接縫等。对摻有塑化剂和加气剂的混凝土,进行了室內試驗研究,結果认为混凝土經加入这些外摻剂后,有很大优点,其中主要是:可以减除混凝土在养生期中的收縮裂縫,而且它的抗水、抗冻和耐久性等可以得到提高。最后,本文对八种水泥混凝土路面結构計算公式,进行了分析与研究,认为几乎所有这些公式都对行車密度和基础强度对于混凝土路面版工作的影响,考虑得不够。因此,作者认为有必要进一步研究出一种更合理更精确的公式,用以設計水泥混凝土路面的厚度。
This paper collects relevant data of some parts of cement concrete pavement all over the country, analyzes and researches it, and puts forward some suggestions for the design and construction of cement concrete pavement, including the thickness of panel, the bottom and the seams. Indoor experiments on concrete mixed with plasticizer and air-entraining agent were conducted. The results show that concrete has many merits after adding these external admixtures. The main advantages of the concrete are that it can reduce the shrinkage cracks of concrete during its curing period, And its water resistance, frost resistance and durability can be improved. Finally, this paper analyzes and studies the calculation formulas of eight kinds of cement concrete pavement structure, and considers that almost all of these formulas do not consider enough the influence of driving density and basic strength on the work of concrete pavement. Therefore, the author thinks it is necessary to further research a more reasonable and accurate formula to design the thickness of cement concrete pavement.
