菜价补贴是各地政府稳定菜价的通行做法,目的有三:价值补偿、社会福利和经济干预。美欧俄等国为规避或化解菜价波动风险,运用菜价补贴制度保障重要菜品均衡供应和价格稳定,取得了良好效果。本文结合我国菜价补贴现状,试图借鉴发达国家经验,为我国菜价补贴机制建设带来一些改革思路。
Vegetable price subsidy is the common practice of local governments to stabilize vegetable prices for three purposes: value compensation, social welfare and economic intervention. The United States, Europe and Russia and other countries to avoid or resolve the risk of vegetable price fluctuations, the use of vegetable subsidies to protect the balance of supply of important dishes and price stability, and achieved good results. Based on the status quo of subsidies for vegetable dishes in China, this paper attempts to learn from the experience of developed countries and bring some ideas for the reform of the subsidy mechanism for vegetable prices in our country.
