教育机智是指教师对学生各种表现,特别是对意外情况和偶发事件,能够及时作出灵敏的反应,并采取恰当措施以解决问题的特殊能力。在教育教学活动中,教师经常会表扬或批评学生,表扬与批评这是一对反义词,做对就表扬,做错就批评,这似乎是天经地义的做法。其实教育学生远没有这么简单,每个学生都是一个鲜活的个体,成长背景不同,个性也有着很大的差异,教师不能用公式化的教育方法去教育他们,在表扬与批评中也体现着教师的教育机智。
Educational tactics refer to the special ability of teachers to respond promptly to students’ various performances, especially to unexpected and contingent incidents, and to take appropriate measures to solve problems.
